1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at www.airhostservice.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services
AirHost Service provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to Airbnb cleaning, residential cleaning, deep cleaning, linen services, office cleaning, and move in/out cleaning in the Naples, Bonita Springs, and surrounding Southwest Florida area.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations.
3. Bookings & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by AirHost Service. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or electronic confirmation from us.
We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors outside our control such as traffic or prior job overruns.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or lockouts where our team is unable to access the property will be charged the full service fee.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property, size, and any additional services requested on the day of service.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of AirHost Service management.
7. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, you may be charged a lockout fee.
You confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property for cleaning services. AirHost Service is not responsible for any security issues arising from access instructions you provide.
8. Liability
AirHost Service is fully insured and bonded. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion with photos and a written description.
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items up to a maximum of the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of sentimental value, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Prohibited Items
Our team will not clean or handle the following:
- Bodily fluids, blood, or biohazardous materials
- Pest infestations (cockroaches, bed bugs, etc.)
- Exterior windows above ground floor
- Hoarding situations without prior agreement
- Illegal substances or paraphernalia
10. Promo Codes & Discounts
Promo codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms and expiry dates. Only one promo code may be applied per booking. Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of AirHost Service and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collier County, Florida.
